Tuesday April 28 6:30pm, Media Center at BWES
Tuesday May 30 6:30pm (23-24 PTA Board Elections and last meeting), Media Center

​MEETINGS ARE HELD ON TUESDAYS AT 6:30 PM in the BWES Media Center. ​

We are looking for volunteers for:
  
Fundraising Committee (specifically helping set up restaurant nights)

Programs and Events Committees (help brainstorm creative ways to keep our students engaged through fun programs and family events like movie night, Trunk or Treat, BINGO)               

Yearbook Committee (take pictures at school and PTA events, help with yearbook tasks)     

Teacher Appreciation Committee  (help committee chair with ways to show our teachers and staff how much we appreciate their hard work)    

PTACHC Representatives (represent BWES PTA to PTA Council of Howard County and report to all BWES PTA members on activities - 1 meeting per month) 

Room Parents  (Check in with the teacher to organize donations, projects or volunteers when needed, help build community among families, pass along important information from the school and/or PTA, etc.)  

Set up/Clean up for PTA events (many hands make light work!)                        

Membership drives  (help build our PTA community)

Make a tax deductible donation to the Bryant Woods Elementary PTA! Donations can be made on our MemberHub Page here: BWES PTA Donation  and click on "Open Donation" or by sending a check payable to "Bryant Woods Elementary PTA" to the school and designating "donation" in the memo line.
